Dinas Pendidikan Pemerintah Kota Depok (Disdik) is a government institution who is responsible for educational matters in Kota Depok with large number employees including teachers of schools in Kota Depok.
Employee management is done manually making it hard to organize the data of its employees such as salaries, appraisals, education histories, pensions and other relevant data. If organizing is difficult than the time required just to retrieve the data would considerably long.
An information system is definitely required by Disdik to improve employee management process. Bening helps Disdik by developing a human resource information system covering employee data management and relevant report generation.
Business Challenge
We only have 5 weeks to completely develop the system. Although it looks like an easy-to-develop system, we encounter problems when performing system analysis. Scattered data of employees makes it hard for us to create a definition of what data will be captured through the system.
How We Helped
We perform system analysis by defining relevant business processes and collecting relevant and useful information for the employees. The development of the system will be based on those information because the system will focus on data management and relevant report generation.
We have successfully execute system development by fulfilling all requirements of the human resource information system for Disdik. Using this system, employee management is definitely easier. Disdik is also able to retrieve any employee information with minimal time. The reports generated by the system enables Disdik to have a more comprehensive report regarding their employees.
