Together with Plasmedia, we were developing an Office Management System for PT HM Sampoerna (Sampoerna). The development involves a significant integration process with an already running ERP system within Sampoerna which is Oracle Finance 11.5.9. The integration process involves relevant data related to Finance, PO, and Assets.

Business Challenge


This project is challenging in its own way. We need to have a good understanding on relevant business processes which will be executed through the Office Management System and how it relates to Oracle Finance. In order to develop that kind of fully functional Office Management System, we are required to understand the architecture of Oracle Finance.

How We Helped


Data collection and analysis requires a large amount of time. Different point of views between related parties made it more difficult to finish that process. Fortunately those are not a big deal for our team to handle. The team sent by Bening has good experience in dealing with Oracle Finance. The only issue that slows us down was the amount of work to be done. Sampoerna obviously owns a large scale ERP system. Integrating an Office Management System with Sampoerna’s ERP system is definitely not a walk in the park.
