DIKTI needed to team up with high quality resources that had experienced with Document Management System, understand it workflows and the ability to deliver a high quality solution within certain period of time. DIKTI also wants to find a specific Document Management System (later called Disposition Information System) that address all of these below dimension:
Data Management
Basically it is quite similar with document management. Data and Information should be managed in order to be grouped, retrieved, viewed, edit and erased from the database. This requirement was considered as part of the main function from the system
Disposition Flow
Focusing on messages distribution from chiefs to subordinates throughout certain mechanism and centralization, this result in accelerated disposition flow.
Easy to Adapt
System interface should be user friendly. One of the requirements is to provide Bahasa Indonesia as the interface language. Clear list of menus and its derivative also preferred.
Increase Efficiency
Online communication (web based system) definitely bring result in increasing the efficiency of the disposition process. Not to mention the amount of paper that being reduced, compared to the previous manually process.
