Bening worked with TavLogic to develop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Point of Sales (POS) application for Madani Mart which is a retail company of customer daily needs. The main vision is to develop it's specific Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Point of Sales (POS) which can communicate effectively to achieve high performance business.

Business Challenge

Create ERP as the central of business process which can perform functions below:

1. Master Data Management: definition of Products, suppliers, and also effective communication with POS application
2. Procurement Management: purchasing process until pay invoice sent by supplier
3. Warehouse Management: stock opname, mutation, stock monitoring
4. Customer Management: definition of group customer to perform analyze sales report with customers dimension, and monitor finance condition of customer
5. Sales Management: receive sales transactions document from store which performed by POS
6. Financial Management: record financial transaction in General Ledger and see all financial transaction which generated automatically by specific processes (purchasing, sales, etc)
Reporting from processes happened in procurement management, warehouse management, and sales management with spesific dimensional

Create POS to be used in each stores which can perform functions below:

1. Master Data Management: retrieve master data from ERP (customer, product)
2. Warehouse Management: processing mutation process, stock opname where datas will be sent to the head office
3. Store Management: manage special needs for store like storage bin, PIC of products, etc
4. Sales Management: record sales transaction and send record to head office (ERP)
5. Customer Management: definition of group customer to perform analyze sales report with customers dimension, and monitor finance condition of customer
6. Reporting: report sales transaction, stock condition and finance condition

How We Helped

Openbravo (open source technology) is used as the basic for the application. Then, Bening is going to do these steps below:

1. Get requirements by analyze the company business process to find out what requirements of Madani Mart that can not fulfilled by Openbravo.
2. Fulfill all requirements with doing modification and extension in existing Openbravo
3. Conduct testing
4. Implement application in Madani Mart head office and each stores of Madani Mart
